Arrival Support Services
Welcome to Boston!
Our comprehensive arrival support services is aimed at helping you settle into this new city in the most efficient and stress-free manner. Our service include airport pick-up and two-night of luxury hotel accommodation upon your arrival. Additionally, we also have practical services such as home furnishing trip and bank/cell services set-up. Uniquely only us, we also provide American and Asian grocery store tour and transportation orientation to help you get around the city and understand the grocery options available in Boston. Not forgetting to have some fun, we will also take you on a one-day tour around Boston to visit a number of attractions and have a better appreciation of this historic place.
Within the short span of a week through our carefully crafted activities, you would have all your essentials done and visited five towns in and around Boston. You will be well underway to get acclimated to this new place!

Airport Pick-Up
Welcome to Boston Logan Airport! Please buckle up for your comfortable ride to your first destination in Boston. We will also provide you with a map of Boston and a public transportation map to help you familiarize with the new environment.
Note: This service includes up to 20 km distance from the airport between the arrival time of 7am-7pm; additional fees may apply for the outside range.
02 - Option A
Two-Night Stay At Four-Star Hotel
(Double Room - Two-Students)
Meet a friend and start your journey in the comfort of a four-star hotel in Boston city center (e.g., Westin Copley, W Boston or equivalent). This is for students who arrive a few days before their long term accommodation is available.
Note: Shared rooms are for same gender students only unless with family member, and subject to availability. Additional fees of $120/night apply for single room. Extended stays are also available at $275/night for double room or $395/night for single room, except for the moths of May, June, October and other special occasion days where the room prices increase significantly. We will confirm the final price with you prior to booking.

Housing Assistance
Please provide us with your requirements and we will research and provide you with various choices to select from. We will also visit up to three accommodation choices in-person, take photos and videos on your behalf, or coordinate a virtual viewing via FaceTime or Line or WhatsApp, to make sure the housing conditions are as described on the landlords' advertisements.
Note: Please provide your requirements as early as possible but no later than 6 weeks from your arrival date.

One-Day Home Furnishing Trip
Let us help you set-up your new home away from home! Meet us at the city center hotel in the morning and we will take you on a day trip to two shopping malls across two towns to get your items on the shopping list checked off. From Target home goods, Roche Bros. grocer to clothing stores and more, you will have plenty to choose from! With all the new goods in hand, we will drive you back to either the pick-up point or a destination of your choice, up to 10km from the city center.
Along the way, we will also provide information about these two towns that we are visiting so this is also a good opportunity for you to see different towns surrounding Boston.
Service Date: This generally runs on Wednesday of each week; other days maybe available upon request.
Note: Remember to keep all your receipts as U.S. has very generous return policy.

Bank Account & Cell Services Set-Up
Bank of America, Chase Bank, Citizens Bank and more! AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon or others? Pick from the wide variety of banks and cell providers available and we will help to make appointments as needed and take you to set up your account. We will be with you through the whole set-up process to help address questions you may have for the bankers or cell service providers.
Service Date: We will try to set this up same day as your arrival date or as soon as practicable.

One-Day Boston Tour
Meet us at the city center hotel in the morning and we will take you on the Old Town Trolley Tour with highly-trained live real-time tour guide. They're are 18 stops, 20 minutes interval between the trolleys and unlimited hop on and hop off all day long. We will plan to hop off at 5 stops for a deeper dive into certain attractions in the historic Boston. Finally, we will wrap up the trip with a visit to View Boston at the Prudential for a 360° breathtaking view of the city.
Note: All ticket prices are included in the package fee.
Service Date: We generally run our trip on Thursday of each week; but you are able to independently join the bus tour on other days as well.

One-Day Asian & American Grocery Store Orientation
Should I choose Asian or American grocers? What are the similarities and differences between them? Don't worry, our one-day grocery tour is aimed at efficiently showing you the wide variety of options available so you will know where to go as you settle into this new city! There are 10 destinations in total including 5 Asian grocery stores (C-Mart, New Ming, Market 88, Maruichi Japanese, H-Mart), 4 American grocery stores (Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Stop & Shop and Star Market) and 1 CVS pharmacy across three towns. While we embark on our grocery store tours, we'll also be introducing you to these three towns so this would be another great opportunity to explore towns in or around Boston.

Public Transportation Orientation
You don't have to do it alone! While it is nice to have all the maps and directions available, nothing beats having a local guide to keep you company for your first time in Boston and provide an in-person transportation orientation. Our one-day grocery tour will utilize buses and subways to commute to three towns for you to gain first-hand experience in riding the public transportation system in Boston. We will also make special stop in South Station, Greater Boston's largest railroad station and intercity bus terminals, for you to gain familiarity for your future travel.
Service Date: This generally runs on Friday of each week along with the Grocery Store Orientation.
